Reader's Theatre

All of our friends in 1A created their own story about snowmen.  We read the book 'Snowmen at Work' then came up with our own "representation" of the story.  We practiced and read our script everyday.  We had SO much fun!!  Here are some pictures of our presentations...

Hello again!  We had a wonderful experience today to have some high school student volunteers teach us some meaningful lessons today!  They are part of "Junior Achievement"  They did a terrific job and so did the students.  They will be going home with their awards today:)

Because of our volunteers....we were not able to take our tests.  I'll give them a grade for the review instead.

WELCOME BACK!!

Just wanted to say welcome back to everyone!  Hope you all stayed safe and have all thawed out:)  It feels like it's been a long time since we've been at school.  This is going to be a very busy next couple weeks before winter break!!  We are going to have our Spelling Test and Math Test today to make up for last week...I will be sure to review with them beforehand because it's been some time:)
